Refunds

Unless required by applicable law or otherwise provided under Paddle’s refund policy, payments for Clayd subscriptions are non-refundable.

Refunds may be available where required by consumer protection laws, including applicable statutory withdrawal rights, or where there is a material technical issue that prevents you from accessing or using

If a refund is issued, access to Clayd Pro may be terminated.

Subscription Cancellation

If a refund is issued, access to Clayd Pro may be terminated.

Cancellation prevents future recurring payments. Your Pro access will remain available until the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated.

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically refund payments already made.

How to Request a Refund

Refund requests are handled through Paddle.

You can request a refund or get help with a transaction through the Paddle Customer Portal or Paddle Buyer Support at Paddle.net.

You may also contact Clayd support if you experience a technical issue with the product.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Where this policy conflicts with mandatory consumer law or Paddle’s applicable Buyer Terms and Refund Policy, those requirements will prevail.
