License

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Clayd and its included sections in your own personal or commercial design projects. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or make the original Clayd library available to others.

Payments and refunds

Purchases are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment-related customer support and returns. Refunds are handled in accordance with the refund terms presented at checkout and applicable law.

Availability

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of Clayd at any time. The product is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or suitability for a particular purpose.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use of Clayd.
